Six years ago, I lost a lot of weight through changing my diet. I had a lot of energy and was ready to take my body to the next step. I didn't know anything about working out with weights. In fact, I was terribly intimidated by people who knew how to workout and more so by the gym equipment itself. Mary Jo made me feel so comfortable and made it easy for me to learn how to workout properly to achieve the results I wanted. I am 33 years old and my body feels and looks better then it did when I was 23. I was never a natural athlete or someone who was blessed with genetics, so for me it is a big deal.
