SET-UP FOR SELF-IMPLEMENTED PROGRAMS
I have never believed in being the "guru on top of the mountain". I want everyone to learn & understand the best work-out for them. If you are in search of a program to do at your own gym or at your own home, that's GREAT!
However, I will not show you a routine in one session & send you on your way. That is not fair to you. No one can be expected to learn a complete routine in an hour .or two .or three.
A minimum of 8 sessions is an absolute; dependant upon both your previous experience in resistance training and your physical ability.
